Grand Diplôme

Grand Diplôme of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid combines the Cuisine Diploma and the Pastry Diploma (Basic, Intermediate and Superior levels of both), about 9 months full time. It is a private Le Cordon Bleu diploma, not an official Spanish qualification or a university degree. Classes are in Spanish with simultaneous English interpretation, at the school on the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria campus in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), in person.

Who can apply to this programme.

• You must be 18 or older
• No school diploma or cooking experience needed
• Spanish or English at B2 level
• Admission interview (in person, or by phone or video call if you live outside Madrid)

You need Spanish or English at B2 level. Non-native speakers show their level in the admission interview or with an official B2 certificate.
