ESEI does not run its own halls of residence but operates a student housing service that helps admitted students find a place before arrival. The school lists private and shared apartments at roughly EUR 350-900 per month and purpose-built student residences (typically including meals, cleaning and communal areas) at roughly EUR 600-1,200 per month. It also publishes vetted booking platforms and residence partners, and advises students to check that any rental contract supports their Spanish residency paperwork.
