Strategic Operations and Innovation Management

The Master in Strategic Operations and Innovation Management prepares you to acquire the necessary skills for cross-functional management in all processes of the supply chain. It will also help you lead cross-functional teams and provide you with the skills to define, plan and implement innovation strategies in the operations area of your company. As a student of this programme, the school also offers two exclusive and optional courses that prepare you to obtain three Scrum.Inc certifications: the Scrum Master Certification, the Product Owner Certification and the Scrum@Scale Practitioner Certification.

After you complete the online application, a member of the Admissions Department contacts you to start the admission process with a personal interview. Once you pass the interview, you submit the required documentation to certify that you meet the programme's student profile, and after a positive decision of the Admissions Committee you can register and enrol. On completion you receive the OBS Business School master's diploma
• to also receive the Lifelong Learning Master's degree of the partner university, the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), you must hold a university degree. In the exceptional case of a student without a university degree who passes the master's evaluations, the UB awards a Higher University Diploma instead.
