Programme-specific requirements recorded in SIT Connect.
- You need a qualification that gives access to university study in Spain: with a foreign school diploma, either UNED's UNEDasiss accreditation (European or International Baccalaureate, EU and reciprocal-agreement systems) or the Spanish Ministry of Education's recognition (homologación) of the diploma as equivalent to the Spanish Bachillerato. If your recognition application is still pending you can be admitted conditionally with its registration receipt
- the recognition is normally due by the end of the first year, and if it is refused or not obtained in time the enrolment is cancelled without refund. Admission is direct while places remain: after a personal interview and document review, on-campus applicants take UNIE's online admission test (no more than 20 minutes: a language test and an assessment of skills and attitudes towards intellectual work), while online degrees need only the interview and documents. If demand exceeds places, applicants are ranked on academic record, motivational interview, supplementary training and relevant experience. Applicants from non-Spanish-speaking countries or education systems must prove Spanish at CEFR B2 and English-taught degrees require English at B2 (a certificate or UNIE's own test)
- admission is provisional until the level is proven.
