UCAM Student Housing manages nineteen residences and student apartment blocks across the Murcia, Cartagena and Madrid campuses, including Residencial Los Jerónimos next to the main campus, Residencia Micampus, the GURU apartment network and Unity CoLiving. Prices run from roughly EUR 200-400 a month for a shared place up to more than EUR 1,000 for a studio or en-suite room, with typical single rooms in shared flats around EUR 500 a month. Bookings and viewings are handled through the university's housing service and its partner Spain Housing.
