The Master’s Degree in High Performance Sport: Strength and Conditioning at UCAM is a one-year, English-taught program offered on the Murcia campus. It requires 60 ECTS credits and provides a comprehensive understanding of elite athletic training and sports science. The curriculum focuses on biomechanics, exercise physiology, advanced strength training techniques, sports nutrition, and injury prevention, equipping students with the scientific and practical tools to optimize athlete performance at the highest levels. The program emphasizes a highly hands-on approach, utilizing the state-of-the-art UCAM Sports Center and incorporating seminars with elite sports scientists and professional coaches.
