The Master’s Degree in European Union Studies and Human Rights at UCAM is a one-year, English-taught program offered on the Murcia campus. It requires 60 ECTS credits and provides a comprehensive understanding of the legal, political, and economic framework of the European Union. The curriculum focuses on the EU constitution, European legislation, international human rights, and common policies, equipping students with the advanced multidisciplinary tools to navigate complex European and global affairs. The program emphasizes a practical approach, incorporating seminars with civil servants and consultancy experts involved in the daily practices of the European Union, alongside an exclusive mobility trip to visit European institutions in Brussels. Students gain real-world experience through mandatory internships within public administration, international organizations, or specialized law firms, and must complete a final master's project. Graduates are prepared for diverse careers in EU institutions, foreign trade offices, international media, NGOs, and legal consulting within the European common market.
