The Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is a postgraduate qualification designed for healthcare professionals moving into senior leadership and strategic management roles. Equivalent to the taught component of a Master’s degree, the curriculum covers health policy, strategic financial management, and organizational change within the healthcare sector. It focuses on developing the advanced analytical and management skills required to lead complex service delivery in hospitals, social care organizations, and public health agencies. Graduates can progress to a Master’s Top-Up dissertation or transition directly into high-level healthcare administration.
