[Spain Offers import] Deposit refund: Advance tuition payments are non-refundable. However, if a visa is rejected despite the school's full involvement and through no fault of the student, a refund will be issued minus a €500 administrative deduction. Accreditation: Spain, US, Egypt Visa notes: the help is just consulting they can review the documents in case of rejection they will try to find a solution should allow at least three months for your request to be processed because visas must be issued in your home country.
ENGLISH FOUNDATION PROGRAM A one-semester (13-week) intensive preparatory program designed to bridge the gap between a student's current English level and the requirements for degree-level study. Focuses on academic English, business vocabulary, and study skills. Successful completion grants direct entry into Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA programs. Available in Barcelona, Munich, Geneva, and Online.

EU Business School offers dedicated support for finding housing in Barcelona, ranging from partnered student residences to private apartments and shared housing. Students are advised to start their search early due to high demand and should contact the EU team immediately after enrollment for residence placements. For independent living, recommended platforms include Idealista, Enalquiler, and Badi (for shared rooms). Upon arrival, the student services office provides practical assistance with the mandatory "empadronamiento" (resident registration) process, which must be completed within 30 days.
