The Master’s Degree in Sustainable Humanitarian Action at UCAM, developed in partnership with the DIHAD Humanitarian College, is a one-year, English-taught blended program. It requires 60 ECTS credits and provides a comprehensive understanding of modern global aid and crisis response. The curriculum focuses on international humanitarian law, diplomacy, strategic management, and technological innovation, equipping students with the advanced leadership tools to navigate complex global emergencies and promote sustainable development. The program emphasizes a practical approach, incorporating seminars with elite professionals from the UN, Red Cross, and leading NGOs. Students gain real-world experience through mandatory internships within international humanitarian organizations, UN agencies, or diplomatic missions and must complete a final master's thesis. Graduates are prepared for diverse careers as field project managers, humanitarian consultants, disaster response coordinators, or corporate social responsibility directors within the global aid ecosystem.
