Important Note
[Spain Offers import] Deposit refund: Advance tuition payments are non-refundable. However, if a visa is rejected despite the school's full involvement and through no fault of the student, a refund will be issued minus a €500 administrative deduction. Age limitation: 17 to 26. Accreditation: Spain, US, Egypt Visa notes: the help is just consulting they can review the documents in case of rejection they will try to find a solution should allow at least three months for your request to be processed because visas must be issued in your home country.

- • Valid Passport: Must be valid for the entire stay, plus photocopies and 4 recent photos. • Academic Records: 1 certified copy of high school diploma and transcripts. • Acceptance Letters: Two letters from EU Business School (one in English, one in Spanish). • Proof of English Level: TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0, CAE B2 (min 169), PTE 51, or native speaker/equivalent. • Recommendation Letters: 2 letters required. • Essay: 1 written or video essay. • Financial Proof: Evidence of sufficient funds for the duration of the program. • Medical Insurance: Must cover medical and repatriation expenses for the entire stay. • Accommodation: Proof of housing in Spain for the first year. • Background Checks: Police Records Certificate (no criminal record) and a medical certificate of good health. • Legalization: Transcripts and diplomas must be Apostilled (Hague countries) or legalized via Embassy (non-Hague). This must be completed BEFORE translation. • Translation: All non-English documents must have certified English translations. For Official Degrees in Spain, a Spanish sworn translation is mandatory.

Upon arrival, the student services office provides practical assistance with the mandatory "empadronamiento" (resident registration) process, which must be completed within 30 days.
