Immersion Programme

The Spanish Hospitality Immersion Programme at UCAM is a specialized, short-term, English-taught program offered on the Murcia campus. It provides a comprehensive understanding of Spain's world-renowned tourism and hospitality sector. The curriculum focuses on Mediterranean gastronomy, boutique hotel operations, cultural tourism, and customer experience management, equipping students with the foundational and operational tools to navigate the Spanish and global hospitality landscape. The program emphasizes a practical approach, incorporating cultural excursions, culinary workshops, and seminars with local hospitality experts. Students gain real-world experience through guided industry visits and hands-on placements in Spanish hotels, luxury resorts, or local tourism businesses, and must complete a final immersion project. Participants are prepared for diverse international roles in hotel administration, gastronomy management, cultural tourism coordination, and customer relations within the global hospitality industry.

• EU/IB/Agreements: Obtain access credential via UNED.
• All Other Countries: Request homologation via Spanish Ministry of Education.
• Legalization (Hague Countries): Must have the Hague Apostille on transcripts and diploma.
• Legalization (Non-Hague): Required stamps from Ministry of Ed, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Spanish Consulate.
• Translation: Must be in Spanish by an official sworn translator or Spanish Embassy.
• Scanned biopage of your valid passport.
