The Foundation in Global Design is an English-taught programme that allows you to explore design through hands-on experience and an interdisciplinary perspective. You will work on different projects across three key areas: service design (where you will create your own app), product design (where you will design and prototype a lamp), and interior design (where you will develop a pop-up store concept). These projects are complemented by introductory modules that provide the foundations of design, along with a transversal module that examines its historical, cultural, and social context.

Entry Requirements
1Academic
- • Passport: Valid passport. • Academic Records: High School Diploma (must be convalidated if non-Spanish) and Official Transcripts. • Legalization & Translation: Spanish translation and Legalization/Apostille of academic records (required for Turkey/Iran/Egypt). • Homologación / Convalidation: Official legal recognition of the high school diploma via the Spanish Ministry of Education. • Language Proficiency: Proof of language proficiency for non-native speakers. • Enrollment: IED Enrollment Certificate. • Financials: Proof of financial means (€600+/month). • Background Check: Criminal record check. • Health Insurance: Private health insurance with full coverage in Spain.

- IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 550, or equivalent. Spanish Track: B2 Level. Students without a certificate must pass an internal IED language assessment interview.
